Counselling offers a safe environment where we are able to express our thoughts and feelings in a confidential, non - judgemental setting. It gives help in understanding our life experiences and provides skills and resources both to cope and to find a way through.

Being listened to and understood enables individuals to draw on their inner resources and make choices and changes in order to live with a greater sense of wellbeing and satisfaction.

I have been in the counselling profession since 1995. My practice is in Barnstaple, North Devon, offering face-to-face counselling in an environment of privacy and confidentiality. Clients come from GP surgeries, EAP providers, BUPA and by individual referral across Devon and Cornwall.
